What the FAQ?

Can I clean the extraction system myself, I think I can reach?

Answer. If you can safely reach the system and the extractor fan has been isolated from the electricity - then yes you can clean the system yourself. We always encourage our clients to undertake regular cleaning of the canopy and canopy filters as these areas should form part of your regular kitchen cleaning schedule. However, your insurance company will stipulate that the whole system needs to be cleaned and certified by an experienced cleaning contractor.

How often do I need to get this cleaned?

Answer. It depends on how many hours per day your kitchen is in operation as an average over a typical week. You can find a Handy table above or you can reach out to us for further advice.

Do I need to close the kitchen for the clean?

Answer. The kitchen needs to remain closed during the clean. However we operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, so we can undertake the clean whilst your business is closed.

How do I get a quote?

Answer. We can usually quote 99% of jobs without the need for a site visit. All we need from you is a couple of images of the system and we can get you a quote and availability over to you within minutes. You can contact us on WhatsApp, by email, text or call.

How much will the clean cost?

Answer. The cost of the clean will vary depending on the size of the system and how often the system has been cleaned in recent years. However, we have multiple cleaning options available at different price points.
